My teaching style
I invite you to connect with your body’s natural rhythms to quiet the mind, listen to intuitive sensations, and gently challenge your patterns—whether that means softening when you're used to pushing, or using the breath to stay in a posture longer than you thought possible.
Pranayama, or breath control, is a core part of my practice both as a teacher and a student. Together, we use the breath to ground ourselves and consciously move prana (energy) through the body.


With over 15 years of dedicated personal practice and 8 years of teaching experience, I bring a deep reverence for the tradition of yoga and a heartfelt approach to guiding others.
My intention is always to create a space where students can reconnect with themselves, move with awareness, and nourish both body and spirit.
